Tom McElroy
Creative Director

Design, music and technology Shape Tom’s creative perspective.

He has worked in boutique studios, global agencies, and fast-moving startups, delivering multi-million-pound campaigns for businesses. This journey has given him a balance of big-picture vision and hands-on craft, as well as a deep understanding of how adaptable, design-led solutions can transform businesses.

In 2021, Tom founded Studio Apply, working across brand, digital, and motion. As founder and creative director, he brings creative passion and knowledge to every project, helping individuals and businesses redefine how they look, communicate, and connect.
